1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing protrainingclub.club and enrolling in any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before proceeding.
2. Professional Training Programs and Certification Courses
Our professional training programs and certification courses are designed for skill development and credentialing. All fees are due at registration. If you cancel at least 14 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations requested less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund due to instructor scheduling and venue commitments. Participants may request to reschedule following the guidelines in Section 6.
3. Digital Products
Digital products such as downloadable materials, recorded sessions, and templates are provided immediately after purchase. All sales of digital products are final once access is granted, as we cannot revoke access without impacting the content integrity. Refund requests on defective content must be submitted within 48 hours of access. After this period, no refunds or merges are permitted.
4. Physical Goods
Physical goods purchased through our site may be sent back within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All items must remain unused and in original packaging. To initiate a send-back, contact us via our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. No refunds will be issued outside the conditions outlined in Sections 2, 3, and 4. Please review those sections for specific eligibility and timelines.
6. Rescheduling and Transfers
Requests to reschedule a service must be made at least 7 days prior to the original start date and are subject to availability. Approved reschedules may require a fee if new arrangements incur additional costs. Digital products and physical goods are not eligible for rescheduling or merge.
7. Limitation of Liability
ProTrainingClub and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, digital products, or goods. Our total liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid by the customer under the specific transaction.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service in 2026. Any changes will become effective upon posting at protrainingclub.club. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
